Terms of Use
Effective April 13, 2026. These terms govern your use of PROTANNI.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, signing in, or using PROTANNI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be able to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and are responsible for the activity that happens through your account.
2. The service
PROTANNI provides tools for personal task management, habit tracking, mood check-ins, daily focus, and weekly reflection.
The service is provided as an MVP SaaS product. We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for providing accurate account information.
Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid access is billed through Stripe or another billing provider shown at checkout. Prices, billing intervals, taxes, and renewal terms are shown before purchase.
You can manage or cancel an active Stripe subscription through the billing portal when that option is available in your account.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with platform operations, upload unlawful content, or use the service to harm others.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being used in a way that creates legal, security, or operational risk.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the tasks, habits, reflections, and other content you enter into PROTANNI.
You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, back up, and display that content to operate the service for you.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
PROTANNI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. It is a productivity tool and is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product and legal requirements change. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.
