Effective April 13, 2026. This policy explains how PROTANNI handles personal information.
1. Information we collect
We collect account information such as email address and profile details, product content such as tasks, habits, mood check-ins, reflections, and settings, and technical information such as device, browser, logs, and usage events needed to operate and secure the service.
If you subscribe, payment details are processed by Stripe or the billing provider shown at checkout. PROTANNI does not store full card numbers.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide the app, authenticate users, sync product data, process billing, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and communicate about account or service matters.
When AI-assisted features are enabled, relevant task or product context may be processed to generate requested suggestions such as smart subtasks or daily focus support.
3. Service providers
We rely on trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, payments, analytics, observability, and email or platform operations.
These providers are allowed to process information only as needed to provide their services to PROTANNI and its users.
4. Data retention
We keep account and product data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security records.
Some billing, security, and backup records may remain for a limited period after account deletion where required for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
5. Your choices
You can update account information in the app where those controls are available. You can also manage an active Stripe subscription through the billing portal when available.
You may request help with account or data questions through the support contact provided in the app or launch materials.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so you should use a strong password and keep account access secure.
7. International use
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. We take steps intended to protect information in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as PROTANNI changes or legal requirements evolve. The effective date will be updated when the policy changes.
